Andrew is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while leading and supporting his team. With over nine years of experience in NDIS and My Aged Care, he fosters a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the organisation to achieve the best outcomes for both team and clients. Andrew is passionate about mentoring and empowering his team, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to provide exceptional client care.
Andrew has a special interest in complex home modifications, specialised wheelchair scripting, and AT prescription. He is dedicated to ensuring that everyone who interacts with Leading Health Solutions has a positive, supportive, and empowering experience.

Senior Occupational Therapist
Rosie Martin
Rosie enjoys working with individuals with complex physical and mental health needs in community NDIS and MyAgedCare settings. She is passionate about supporting people with spinal cord injuries, neurodegenerative conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson’s disease, and those requiring complex wheelchair and equipment scripting to enhance their mobility, comfort, and independence.
Rosie also has a strong interest in supporting people who experience complex mental health and trauma. She practices from a person-centered, trauma informed approach and values building strong connections with her clients to provide the best possible care.

Jose is an assistive technology specialist who has worked in community, residential, and hospital environments to support clients for over 15 years.
He believes in building meaningful connections with his clients and prioritising their engagement in occupations that are meaningful for them. He is committed to maximising clients’ functional abilities and participation to ensure they can meet their goals. Passionate about professional development, Jose is dedicated to applying and growing his skillset to deliver person-centred therapy to his clients.

His specialty lies in complex assistive technology equipment including eye gaze devices.

Courtney enjoys promoting independence and engagement in meaningful occupations for clients of all ages and capacities. Courtney has a passion for working with older adults within the community to maintain their independence, as well as NDIS clients to reach their goals.
Courtney is invested in building a fun therapeutic space and seeing her clients overcome their challenges to achieve what they want to and more.

Kiara is a new graduate occupational therapist with a passion for assisting people to reach their occupational potential and live a more purposeful life. Having completed both an undergraduate degree in health science and human movement, and a postgraduate degree in occupational therapy, Kiara has pursued an education that reflects her passion for helping others. Kiara is committed to professional development, teamwork, and the provision of high-quality care that makes a positive impact on our clients’ lives.

Kiara enjoys working in the aged care space to prescribe home modification and assistive technology solutions to enable safer and more meaningful participation in the home.

Holly is an experienced occupational therapist, who has worked within the NDIS, aged care, mental health, and acute occupational therapy settings in Australia and abroad. Holly enjoys meeting new people and discovering what really matters to them. This helps her to create client centred goals and individualised therapies.

Holly has also worked in the community setting completing home assessments, designing and implementing individualised therapy programs, and leading group therapy and education sessions. She enjoys the challenge of problem solving unique issues that arise when working with diverse groups of people.​

Chloe is an editor with a background in disability support work and lived experience with disability. She is a part-time postgraduate researcher working at the intersection of disability studies and publishing/editorial studies.

As a disabled editor, Chloe is passionate about accessible and inclusive communication, disability rights, and preventing occupational deprivation. Chloe is dedicated to assisting with the production of high-quality, person-centred reports that contribute to our clients’ goals. Having experienced the value of allied health support firsthand, Chloe is passionate about contributing (and growing) her skill set at LHS.
