Rosie enjoys working with individuals with complex physical needs. She is passionate about supporting people with spinal cord injuries, neurodegenerative conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson’s disease, and those requiring complex wheelchair and equipment scripting to enhance their mobility, comfort, and independence.

Rosie also has a strong interest in working with First Nations communities and youth justice. She brings a trauma-informed, person-centred approach and builds strong connections with those she supports.

Andrew specialises in complex home modifications, wheelchair scripting, and AT prescription.

Freyja O'Brien
Freyja is a senior occupational therapist with a keen interest in building strong, collaborative relationships with her clients to achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes. She previously worked in vision-specific spaces, specialising in assistive technology for low vision, including screen-reading software, magnification systems, and lighting assessments.
Freyja has a strong interest in complex home modifications and equipment prescription, helping clients create safe, functional, and accessible environments that support their long-term independence.

Dannielle Harden
Occupational Therapist
Dannielle enjoys working with individuals to build life skills and independence through ongoing therapy in NDIS and community settings. She is passionate about supporting clients to develop the skills they need to engage in daily activities, community participation, and meaningful routines that enhance their quality of life.​ Dannielle takes a person-centered and strengths-based approach, working closely with clients to set achievable goals and develop practical strategies for long-term success. ​

Jose is an assistive technology specialist who has worked in community, residential, and hospital environments for over 15 years. He believes in building meaningful connections with his clients and prioritising their safety and engagement.
Jose is passionate about working with and supporting older Australians through the MyAgedCare Scheme and is dedicated to applying his skillset to deliver the best possible outcomes to his clients

Chloe Cran
Chloe has a background in disability support work and lived experience with disability. She is a part-time postgraduate researcher working at the intersection of disability studies and publishing/editorial studies.​ As a disabled editor, Chloe is passionate about accessible and inclusive communication, disability rights, and preventing occupational deprivation. Chloe is dedicated to assisting with the production of high-quality, person-centred reports that contribute to our clients’ goals.

Outside of work Chloe is often reading, studying, and binge-watching old TV shows with friends.

Alfalfa (Alfie)
In her role, Alfalfa expertly rotates through various sleeping locations, always favouring the highest traffic areas for added danger. She values morning toy-in-mouth greetings and an enthusiastic grumble, before promptly resuming her daily duties of napping and overseeing lunchroom floor cleanliness. Alfalfa specialises in surprise drive-bys where you may look and maybe touch and timely post-lunch clean-ups.
She reminds the team to take breaks, offer snacks, and approach every task with gentle chaos and a full belly. Outside of work you will find Alfie doing... well, the exact same thing.

Kiara is passionate about supporting individuals with physical disabilities under the NDIS. She is known for her genuine care, teamwork, and her commitment to making clients — and their families — feel seen, heard, and supported. She brings a warm, practical approach to her work and values building meaningful connections with her clients, as well as hearing the stories and experiences of their loved ones.
Outside of work, Kiara can be found baking, reluctantly playing disc golf, and spending time with her dog Moose.
